Creative freelance agency I started in 2015. Our mission is focused on developing & understanding brand vision to bring content to life across digital mediums. I enjoy helping new businesses establish their unique digital footprint online through custom websites, videos, social media channels, and SEO.
I worked directly for the VP of Manufacturing and QA/QC Manager to manage warehouse inventory and supply chain for required production materials. Responsible for ERP database management, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, work orders & facility maintenance, and assisted with production as needed.
I built and managed lead generation campaigns, nurturing & qualifying activities. I designed automated CRM processes to enable higher conversions of qualified leads. My regular duties included managing print and digital ads, coordinating tradeshows, producing quarterly external communications, designing & managing email campaigns, KPI reports, and creating & managing digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
A new role was created for me to design, produce and manage engaging content to further the movement of Life Teen. This involved adapting new company offerings into informational video campaigns to drive product sales, event registrations and social interactions.
My main focus was writing, producing, and editing videos for Life Teen's online subscription platform and social media projects. During the summer I traveled to 8 conferences in as many states - capturing video of live events with up to 5,000 attendants. I was an assistant producer for Life Teen's 52-week YouTube series "Real Talk". All of these roles gave me extensive experience in managing production workflows, travel procedures, and maintenance of professional gear.
Provided support to the marketing specialist within the Center Planning & Development Office. I was tasked with writing, editing, and proofreading content for web and marketing materials. I also assisted with event planning & execution, wrote & directed video production, and helped define marketing strategy, branding and updated web design.
